Quartz (silica glass) displays extremely high purity, remains unblemished by chemicals, and can withstand high temperatures of as much as 1,000°C. At Quartz Lead, we focused our attention early on towards such superior properties found in quartz and, since our inception, we have been involved in developing and manufacturing the processing baths (quartz tanks) that are used in semiconductor cleaning equipment. The result is that today we can boast the top market share worldwide for this product.
We have now begun to enter new dimensions of development on a base of the technological power that has been cultivated through strict organizational and quality control measures that meet global standards, as well as through our advanced production system. Our new target areas are increasingly diverse, starting with substrates for LC photomask manufacturing, a field in which scale is rapidly increasing, and including microchips for medical treatment and biotechnology products, as well as micro parts that are installed in next generation semiconductors. As we challenge the infinite potential inherent in both its brilliance and its purity, Quartz Lead will continue to pursue the never-ending evolution of quartz into the future.
